Account Registration

To access the full range of services on 3999bet, you must first register an account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

• Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

If false or incorrect information is provided in the account, or if an account is opened under someone else's identity, that account will be closed immediately. 3999bet reserves the right to cancel the associated balance in such cases. It is the member's responsibility to update their account promptly whenever their information changes.

Section 3

Age and Eligibility

All casino and betting activities on 3999bet are for individuals aged 21 years or older only. No underage person may open an account or gamble on this platform.

If there is any doubt about a user's age, 3999bet may at any time request proof of age documents (such as a national identity card, passport, or birth registration certificate). The account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

If an adult opens an account on behalf of a minor, or if someone plays while concealing their identity, that account will be permanently closed and the associated balance will be confiscated.

Account Security

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• The mobile number or wallet used for withdrawal must belong to the member.
• Amounts derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• 3999bet reserves the right to hold a withdrawal request if identity verification has not been completed.

Bonuses and Promotions

3999bet runs various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and those apply together with these general terms.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. To withdraw this ৳1,500 bonus, the wagering requirement is bonus amount × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may be claimed only once; claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• A bonus is not a cash equivalent and is not directly withdrawable — it can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements are met.
• If false information or manipulation is found when claiming a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• 3999bet reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer without providing a specific reason.

Section 7

Betting and Gaming Rules

3999bet offers various gaming categories including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and cricket and football betting. It is the member's responsibility to read the relevant rules before placing bets in each category.

7.1 General Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the specific game's rules allow a cashout option.
• If a bet's outcome is affected by a system error or technical issue, 3999bet reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.
• If the RTP or odds information for a game changes, members may not be separately notified; please check the relevant game page for the latest information.
• In sports betting, if a match is postponed or cancelled, the bet will be settled according to the odds provider's rules.

7.2 Liability Limits

Gaming is primarily a chance-based activity. 3999bet does not guarantee any winnings and bears no liability for a member's losses. Members bet at their own risk.

Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to unfairly claim bonuses or promotions.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated method to conduct games or betting.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform for gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access or hack another member's account.
• Presenting a false identity on the platform or committing identity fraud.
• Participating in collusion or pre-arranged manipulation with other members.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Voluntary Closure

Any member may request account closure at any time. The process will begin once the support team is notified via live chat or email. Please withdraw any withdrawable balance before closing the account.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by the Platform

3999bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in the Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Prohibited activities as described in Section 8.
• Evidence of participation by a minor.
• Long-term inactive account (generally 12 months or more).
